With regards to program governance, 3SPN undergoes a financial audit each year and works to employee policies and financial policies under a committed Board of Directors. Currently, there are seven board members in the committee including two local community network representatives, three representatives from local-based NGO’s, including 3 ethnic minorities, 2 Khmer, 2 expatriate, and 3 women.

5. Ms. Sin Thon Laos. Employed with Health Poverty Action NGO in Banlung and previously a 3SPN district focal person from Lumphat district on the Srepok River.
6. Mr. Pour Nu Pid. Vuen Sai District Representative on the Sesan River.
7. Ms. Ame Trandem. Employed with International Rivers and previously an advisor for 3SPN.
