3SPN is a core member of a national NGO Coalition that focuses on governance for river-related hydropower development called the “Rivers Coalition in Cambodia” (RCC) and is facilitated by NGO Forum, and is a member of the “Save the Mekong” coalition, which is an international coalition seeking to stop hydropower development on the Lower Mekong mainstream.  3SPN has a group of international advisors, who provide technical and advocacy support and/or advice for the consideration of 3SPN upon request.
