The 3S Network consists of village focal persons, commune focal persons and district focal persons. Focal persons at the commune and district levels of this network live in the local Sesan and Srepok communities and are elected by the village focal persons. District Working Groups and District Elder Groups provide the 3S Network with advice about

planning and activities. The 3S Network’s 12 district focal persons (one man and one woman from each of the six districts) represent the 74 villages in coordinating activities and engaging in advocacy as representatives of the 3S Network.
